Clear Local Edge provides Google Business Profile optimization and AI-powered local marketing services for local service businesses. Our services include automated posting to Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, review management, citation building, ranking tracking across Google and AI search platforms, schema markup installation, and related digital marketing services.

The setup fee is waived when the client attends scheduled calls on time, follows the onboarding process, and completes onboarding within 30 days. Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice to active subscribers.
All plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Failed payments may result in service interruption.
All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice. There are no cancellation fees. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
Clear Local Edge accepts only one client per keyword within a 5-mile radius of the client's business location. Your territory is held while your subscription remains active. Territory is released upon cancellation. Territories are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
New clients receive 20 Google reviews as part of onboarding. These reviews are from real people — not bots, fake accounts, or review farms. Review delivery timeline varies based on availability and scheduling.
Search engine optimization and local search rankings depend on many factors including Google's algorithms, competition, market conditions, and client participation. Clear Local Edge does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. We guarantee professional, thorough optimization based on current best practices.
As a client, you agree to:
Clear Local Edge owns all optimization strategies, proprietary tools, and processes used to deliver services. You retain ownership of your business data, customer reviews, and Google Business Profile.
Clear Local Edge's total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the fees you have paid in the prior three (3) months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We are not liable for changes to Google's algorithms, third-party platform changes, or ranking fluctuations beyond our control.
You agree to indemnify and hold Clear Local Edge harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your business operations, content you provide, or misuse of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collier County, Florida.
Clear Local Edge may modify these Terms with 30 days written notice via email. Your continued use of our services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
